Contrary to popular wisdom in the light community, I believe that real change does not occur through medicine, 10 easy steps, or following a 12-week program. All so called experts that are coaching such are putting band aids on inner psychic fractures and brokenness. They are creating bypass measures that do not heal or repair core problems. The root causes of these false beliefs are often in past life karma, epigenetic survival coping mechanism, and environmental trauma. These programs may work temporally to restore the appearance of mastery. However, long-term changes that SHIFT IDENITY requires long-term commitment and daily practices to slowly and gradually acclimate consciousness to let go of false beliefs and elevate into greater heights. For this to happen, there are NO SHORT CUTS or HACKS. In fact, growth and healing over time is the only PATH TO THE EMANCIPATION OF OUR IDENTITY INTO THE DIVINE.
