THE BARDO OF DIMENSIONAL SHIFT
Given all the global crisis that the planet is moving through, we may feel overwhelm by them. Everything in the Universe is cyclical. What cycle, pattern, or stages of transformation is this mirroring? Tibetan Buddhism describes “the bardo”as a gap, intermediary location, or transition between two states of consciousness. It is an in between place.
It was written about extensively in the Tibetan Book of the Dead – The Bardo Thodol – “The Great Liberation Through Hearing.” It is an account of the various stages of fears, healing, realization, and transformation that a soul has to move through at the end of life with the hope that the vivid and dramatic experiences of the bardo can create a window for the soul to find enlightenment.
